The working principle of the three-dimensional swing mixer is different from that of the traditional rotary mixer. It performs unique translation, rotation, and rocking motion in the three-dimensional space of the cube, so that the material is in a complex motion state such as "rotational flow-translation-inverted falling body" in the mixing barrel, which is the so-called TURBULA state; it generates an alternating pulse to continuously push the material, and the turbulence generated by the motion has a changing energy gradient, so that each particle in the mixed material has an invariable motion state. Each particle constantly changes its position in the frequent motion diffusion, producing a satisfactory mixing effect.
The three-dimensional swing mixer consists of a base, a drive system, a three-dimensional motion mechanism, a mixing barrel and an electrical control system. The mixing barrel that is in direct contact with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the inner wall of the barrel is precisely polished.

1. Performance characteristics

2. Equipment installation
1. The machine is unloaded, loaded, and tested before leaving the factory. It can only be shipped after normal operation to meet the user's safe use;
2. Transportation method: 600 liters (including 600 type) is shipped as a whole machine without anchors and bolts; 600 liters and above are transported in split form with anchors and bolts.
3. Operation
1. This machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation (or frequency converter speed regulation). Before starting, connect the main power supply, the power indicator light is on, then start the motor button, then start the on-off switch on the speed control panel (the frequency converter can press the touch button), the indicator light is on, and then slowly rotate it to reach the normal mixing speed;
2. If the user needs to set the mixing time, this content should be formulated in the contract. Our factory may install a time relay so that the user can specify the mixing time according to the mixing requirements of the material;
3. After the mixing is completed, turn off the machine in the opposite order according to the start-up sequence. If the material discharge is not ideal, you can press the button to meet the material discharge requirements.
4. Precautions
1. The mixing of this machine is three-dimensional mixing. Add a safety guardrail within the effective range of the material barrel to avoid life safety accidents. Before starting, do not stand in front of the barrel to avoid accidents;
2. When loading and unloading, the electric motor of the equipment must be shut down to prevent electrical failure and unnecessary accidents.
