The PE PP Hard material recycling machine is primarily designed for processing blow molding products, highlighting its importance in achieving attractive investment returns and positive outcomes in recycling efforts. PE bottles, commonly used for milk, food containers, detergents, body care products like shampoo, and motor oil. Additionally, PE is utilized in PET bottle caps. Our hard material washing line for PE recycling includes several stages: sorting, pre-washing, wet grinding, hot washing, separation, centrifugation, and drying. After this comprehensive cleaning process, the material is forwarded to Beier Machinery's pelletizing system for further recycling and processing.
