Function and Structure:
The BRL-LN series vertical mixing units are versatile machines designed for mixing, drying, and coloring various resins, including PVC, PP, and PE. They are also effective for drying and devolatilizing engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbonate, as well as for mixing phenolic resins.
The unit consists of two main components: a hot mixer and a cooling mixer. The material is processed in the hot mixer and then automatically transferred to the cooling mixer. This design ensures efficient gas removal and prevents material caking.
