PE / PP Wood Plastic Profile Extrusion Line Introduction:
The Beier Machinery PE/PP Wood Plastic Profile Extrusion Line utilizes specialized screws, barrels, and molds to manufacture wood-plastic products. Materials can be directly extruded after two-stage mixing or granulation. This extrusion line is designed for optimal energy and space efficiency, delivering high output and consistent performance. A pre-heating feeder positioned at the top of the extruder effectively removes moisture from the wood powder, enhancing plasticization. The unique screw design handles wood fibers that are challenging to cut or minimize cutting, allowing for extended material residence time in the machine. Both the screw and barrel undergo special treatment to ensure resistance against wear and corrosion, guaranteeing a long service life
The wood plastic profile extrusion machine consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum calibration table, a haul-off unit, and a stacker. It is compatible with various molds to produce door and window profiles, foamed special-shaped profiles, decorative plates, and more.
